What is the deal with this country's supreme court and wasting years of David's life and his son?

The mother passed, the real father gets the son, END of story. Stop abusing the courts, the child, this dad and all the legal fees on something this stupid. There are so many people out of work, struggling to eat and these losers are spending all of this money on court and legal fees. It is just stupid!

If I had the money, I would fly there and stand there for as many days as it took to get this son back into his life. It is David's son, not the second husband of the wife, that is all he is; the SECOND husband. It doesn't matter what state or country, a bio parent is a bio parent. So what you were married to the wife, big deal. This child needs his real family, these people are nasty, evil, and ridiculous. Hey Brazillian Daddy, go get yourself a WII and build yourself a fake son to abuse on T.V., stop messing with David's family. Be a gentleman, set up a college fund for him, but stop hoarding him.
Allow David to buy his son a puppy and watch baseball together. You need to take the high road and give this little boy back to his U.S family.
